Job Overview
Elevare Human Solutions Limited is seeking to fill four key positions in Lagos, Nigeria: Furniture Design Architect, Finishes Supervisor (Construction), Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, and another Finishes Supervisor (Construction). These roles are integral to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our projects, demanding a high level of expertise and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative furniture concepts, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functional integrity.
- Oversee and manage the installation and quality control of construction finishes.
- Plan, design, and implement mechanical and electrical systems for various projects.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards across all assigned tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in furniture design or construction finishes supervision, or mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Strong understanding of relevant industry standards, building codes, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
