Job Overview

As a Domestic Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our caregiver recruits. You will ensure all trainees meet Whip-Smart’s exacting standards before deployment to clients, combining technical expertise with mentorship to build a competent, professional workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training curricula covering domestic care, hygiene, and client safety
• Assess trainee competency and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain detailed training records and progress reports
• Monitor trainee performance during practical placements
• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices
• Conduct refresher training sessions for existing staff

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in domestic or healthcare services
• Proven training and mentoring experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
• HND/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
