Job Overview

The Distributor Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new distributors to represent African Naturalistas products throughout Nigeria. This role requires a strategic approach to market penetration and relationship building to ensure widespread availability of our natural hair solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential new distributors in target markets across Nigeria.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage prospective distribution partners.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and financial assessments of potential distributors.
• Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements.
• Onboard and train new distributors on product lines, brand standards, and sales strategies.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with distributors to ensure their success and satisfaction.
• Monitor distributor performance and provide support for sales growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or distribution management.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and retail landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
