Job Overview

As our Digital and Affiliate Programme Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our affiliate marketing programs and digital partnerships. You will work collaboratively across teams to build strategic relationships, drive user acquisition, and ensure program profitability while maintaining brand integrity and supporting our mission to empower African women.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage affiliate marketing programs and digital partnerships
• Recruit, onboard, and support high-performing affiliates and digital partners
• Develop tracking systems, performance metrics, and reporting dashboards
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI continuously
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contract terms
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaign strategy
• Monitor compliance and ensure adherence to brand guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or digital partnership management experience
• Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and marketing tools
• Knowledge of the African market or FemTech space is advantageous
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote settings
