Job Overview
Domeo Resources International is seeking to onboard a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Services Personnel. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their experience with DRI is seamless, positive, and efficient. You will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for outstanding service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive support across various communication channels. Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries via email, phone, and our internal ticketing system.
* Provide accurate and comprehensive information about DRI’s HR and Management Consultancy solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with a patient and empathetic approach, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
* Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions within our CRM system.
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and suggest process improvements.
* Assist with onboarding new clients, guiding them through initial setup and providing necessary documentation.
* Gather client feedback and contribute to reports on customer satisfaction and common issues.
* Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure a unified and exceptional client experience.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer support principles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
* A customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help and support clients.
* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
