We are seeking a dedicated Creche Attendant to join our Kuala Lumpur team.

Job Overview

The Creche Attendant will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and positive daily experience of children aged 6 months to 2 years within our creche. This position requires a compassionate, energetic, and responsible individual committed to providing a stimulating and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure the safety of all children in the creche at all times.
  • Assist with daily routines, including feeding, nappy changes, and nap times.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate play and learning activities.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic creche environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and well-being.
  • Support and implement Twinkly Tots’ educational philosophy.

    • Requirements

  • Previous experience working with infants and toddlers is highly desirable.
  • A genuine love for children and a patient, nurturing disposition.
  • Basic knowledge of child development and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Malaysian childcare landscape is a plus.
