Job Overview

We seek a dynamic Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to provide specialized clinical services, lead departmental initiatives, and mentor junior medical staff. You will work within a multidisciplinary team environment that prioritizes patient safety, clinical excellence, and innovative reproductive healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care to patients across all complexity levels
• Conduct complex surgical procedures and manage high-risk pregnancies
• Lead fertility consultations and reproductive endocrinology services
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors and healthcare professionals
• Participate in departmental quality improvement and research initiatives
• Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols and patient safety standards

Requirements

• Valid medical license and specialist registration with relevant Nigerian regulatory bodies
• Minimum 5 years post-fellowship experience in obstetrics and gynaecology
• Advanced certification in reproductive medicine or maternal-fetal medicine (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• Commitment to continuous professional development
