Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Lead Generation

• Identify and target potential corporate clients, hotels, and priority industry sectors
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate accounts
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure business contracts
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen sales strategies

Corporate Client Acquisition and Revenue Growth

• Convert prospects into signed corporate wellness retainers and bulk voucher agreements
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service packages to maximize revenue
• Promote and upsell premium wellness services such as spa packages and exclusive wellness programs
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Sales Reporting and Execution

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly sales performance reports
• Track conversion rates and deal cycles to improve sales performance
• Support the planning and execution of corporate wellness activations and programs

Client Communication and Relationship Management
