We are looking for skilled tradespeople to contribute to our ongoing construction and maintenance projects that preserve and enhance our unique tropical environment.

Job Overview

As a Bricklayer/Mason at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining brickwork and masonry structures throughout our expansive resort facilities. This role is essential in supporting our operational infrastructure and guest experience amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and stones to construct or repair walls, pathways, and structures
• Mix and apply mortar and other bonding materials with precision
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
• Collaborate with construction teams and supervisors on ongoing projects
• Maintain tools and work areas in clean, organized condition
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing structures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bricklayer or mason (minimum 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
• Valid Malaysia work permit or citizenship
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Valid safety certifications preferred
