Job Overview

Assistant Field Managers will play a crucial role in the successful execution and day-to-day operations of our health-related cash transfer program within their assigned geographic areas in Nigeria. This role involves supporting the Field Manager, ensuring program integrity, and fostering positive relationships with beneficiaries and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the meticulous registration and verification of program beneficiaries.
  • Support the accurate and timely disbursement of cash transfers.
  • Contribute to monitoring program implementation and identifying any operational challenges.
  • Help maintain program records and documentation with high accuracy.
  • Facilitate communication between beneficiaries and the program team.
  • Support outreach activities to ensure program awareness and participation.
  • Requirements

  • A minimum of a National Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in community engagement or field operations.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant local languages is highly advantageous.
