Job Overview

The Assistant Chief Security Officer will support the Chief Security Officer in overseeing all security operations at Mulligan Hotel. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive security policies, managing security personnel, and ensuring guest and staff safety across all hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and enforcing security protocols and procedures
• Supervise and coordinate security personnel and their daily operations
• Monitor CCTV systems and access control mechanisms
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
• Respond to security incidents and maintain incident reports
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years security management experience
• Nigerian security certification or equivalent qualification
