Job Overview

The Agricultural Extension & Field Research Officer will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our farming operations and agricultural best practices. This position involves direct engagement with field operations, data collection, and the dissemination of technical knowledge to enhance crop yields and overall farm productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field assessments and surveys of pineapple cultivation.
  • Collect and record vital data on crop health, growth, and environmental factors.
  • Provide on-ground technical guidance and support to farm workers.
  • Implement and monitor research trials for new farming techniques and crop varieties.
