Job Overview

This role focuses on enhancing and scaling the overall customer experience of the Affirm Card product. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for cardholder journeys, from onboarding and activation to ongoing engagement and support. Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams, you will ensure a seamless and delightful experience for millions of Affirm Card users globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Affirm Card experience at scale.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and pain points related to card usage, activation, and management.
  • Design and optimize user flows for key cardholder interactions, ensuring a frictionless and intuitive experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and iterate on existing ones, driving adoption and satisfaction.
  • Utilize data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the impact of product initiatives.
  • Champion best practices in user experience and product design across the card portfolio.
  • Partner with international teams to ensure local market needs are met while maintaining a global product vision.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer-facing products and scaled experiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products.
  • Strong understanding of card products, payment ecosystems, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
