Job Overview
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Warri office. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of service and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Process invoices, expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as onboarding and employee record management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support the management team with various administrative projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and statutory deductions is an advantage.
