Job Overview

The Administrative Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our Kuala Lumpur office. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with event planning and execution.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
