Job Overview

Excel and Grace Consulting seeks a meticulous and organized Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our consulting firm, providing essential support to our consultants and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for consultants.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of a National Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
