Job Overview

The Admin Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across the organization. This role is pivotal in maintaining organizational efficiency, managing documentation, and facilitating seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document organization
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory records
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel logistics
  • Process administrative documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Support human resources with employee onboarding and record-keeping
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings

Requirements

  • High school diploma minimum; tertiary qualification preferred
  • Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
