Job Overview

The Account Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our Surulere outlet, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash transactions.
  • Support the Accounts Manager with month-end closing procedures.
  • Handle petty cash management and expense reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
