Job Overview

The Account Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with daily accounting tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Maintain and update ledger entries and financial databases.
  • Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
