Lead expansion of KudaPOS, manage field teams, build merchant partnerships, and drive growth across the Island axis.

Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand the merchant network
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Manage 20+ field agents and BDEs
  • Train agents and merchants
  • Promote and support KudaPOS adoption
  • Set and achieve sales targets
  • Provide weekly performance reports
  • Develop strategies for market growth
  • Strengthen partnerships and business pipelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years in business development/sales (fintech preferred)
  • Experience managing teams and merchant networks
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset
