Applications are now open for the WeCare Leadership & Impact Mentorship Program (WLIMP)—a highly selective 8–10 week virtual leadership and professional development programme designed to equip young Nigerians with the skills, exposure, and networks required to thrive in leadership, governance, innovation, entrepreneurship, and social impact careers.

WLIMP provides participants with direct access to experienced local and international leaders while building strong professional and leadership foundations for long-term impact.

About the Program

The WeCare Leadership & Impact Mentorship Program is a structured, immersive virtual experience that combines:

• Weekly leadership and personal development masterclasses
• Mentorship circles with experienced professionals and industry leaders
• Career-focused workshops and peer learning sessions

Participants will gain practical leadership insights, strengthen professional capacity, and build valuable connections with peers and mentors working across diverse sectors.

Eligibility Criteria

The program is open to Nigerian youths who meet the following requirements:

• 300–400 level undergraduates or recent graduates (0–3 years post-NYSC)
• Aged 18–30 years
• Demonstrated interest in leadership, public service, entrepreneurship, innovation, community development, or social impact
• Willingness to commit to at least 80% participation throughout the programme

Program Structure

• Duration: 8–10 weeks
• Delivery Mode: 100% virtual
• Cohort Size: 50 selected participants

At the end of the programme, participants will be invited to a one-day physical Leadership Conference (venue to be announced).
