Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Role Overview

Tradeify is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. This role sits within a lean People team and offers real ownership over recruiting operations, pipelines, and candidate experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth settings and can balance speed with quality while managing multiple roles simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple open roles
• Manage high-volume talent pipelines while delivering an excellent candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative sourcing channels
• Conduct recruiter screening interviews and coordinate next steps
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data within the ATS
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows and processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in in-house recruiting, preferably within a startup or high-growth company
• Strong experience handling high-volume hiring and proactive sourcing
• Excellent communication, organization, and execution skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting within crypto, fintech, trading, or proprietary trading firms
• Background hiring for technical, trading, or growth-focused roles
