iKapture Centre for Development is hiring a Part-Time Admin & Office Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance during program activities. This role is ideal for organized individuals who enjoy coordination and support work in a social impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage basic office operations, including filing, printing, and inventory
  • Support logistics for programs (materials, certificates, transport reimbursements)
  • Maintain simple records and assist with data entry
  • Support scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination for the Programs team
  • Assist during trainings and events when required

Requirements

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills with experience using Google Docs, email, and WhatsApp
  • Must be located in Calabar
  • Prior admin or volunteer experience is an advantage
