Job Summary

Kingsfield Diagnostic Services is seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist to conduct laboratory investigations that support accurate diagnosis and patient-centered care, while strictly adhering to quality assurance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests across assigned departments
• Collect, analyze, and accurately report patient samples
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
• Adhere to laboratory quality control, safety, and infection prevention protocols
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or equivalent
• Must be registered with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
• Completion of internship and NYSC (where applicable)
• Strong analytical, observational, and communication skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a clinical environment
