Reports to: Managing Director/CEO & Head of Accounts

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and documentation.
• Guarantee compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Collaborate with departments on financial planning and decisions.
• Manage vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process tax payments and ensure timely remittance.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and bank statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 3–5 years post-NYSC relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.
• ICAN, ACCA, or other professional qualifications are an added advantage.
