About the Role

Pillarcraft Accounting is seeking a proactive, organized, and business-savvy Executive Assistant & Growth Coordinator to support the CEO and contribute to both operational efficiency and brand expansion.

This position provides exposure to executive administration, business development, and digital brand activities within a fast-growing, tech-enabled accounting and cloud solutions firm.

You will manage essential administrative functions, support sales and marketing execution, strengthen internal and external communication, and help maintain a structured, productive workflow for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication channels
  • Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives
  • Manage internal and external communication to enhance brand visibility
  • Support business development activities and client engagement efforts
  • Help maintain organized office operations and documentation
  • Track tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely execution
  • Contribute to digital brand management and online presence
  • Assist with reporting, presentations, and administrative projects
