Keyrock is expanding its finance team and is looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst who enjoys working with numbers, understands the crypto landscape, and can turn complex financial information into meaningful insights.

About the Position

In this role, you will support the financial planning and analysis function across Keyrock’s international operations. You’ll collaborate with teams in trading, commercial, and operations to ensure financial data is accurate, well-organized, and useful for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Prepare internal financial reports, including P&L statements and management dashboards
• Reconcile fiat balances, crypto positions, trading activity, revenues, and fees
• Review product-level revenue data and investigate inconsistencies
• Monitor operational expenses and help maintain proper cost allocations
• Produce financial insights, variance analysis, and improvement recommendations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and automation initiatives
• Work with various teams to enhance financial data processes, controls, and reporting tools
• Contribute to special finance projects and one-off analyses when needed
