About the Role
The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, product movement, safety standards, and team supervision to ensure efficient and compliant storage processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage warehouse activities and inventory control
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of agro products
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Supervise warehouse staff and monitor productivity
• Track inbound and outbound stock for timely dispatch
• Maintain stock documentation and support audit exercises
• Work with procurement, logistics, and operations teams
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ warehouse or operations management experience (agro/FMCG preferred)
• Strong understanding of inventory systems and best practices
• Proficiency in software such as Sage or SAP
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
