Job Overview
The School Storekeeper will be responsible for the efficient management and organization of the school’s stores, ensuring the availability of all necessary supplies and materials for academic and operational needs. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming stock.
- Organize and maintain the school store in a tidy and systematic manner.
- Issue supplies and materials to staff and students upon authorized request.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stocktakes.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or spoilage of goods.
