SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LIVELIHOOD VOCATIONAL START-UP KITS (8 LOTS) FOR 100 BENEFICIARIES IN BORNO STATE, NIGERIA

Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO) Nigeria, a non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting conflict-affected communities, is seeking qualified suppliers for the provision of livelihood vocational start-up kits. TPO has a long-standing history of working in the Great Lakes region for nearly 21 years, focusing on community-based child protection and mental health and psychosocial support. This tender aims to procure essential kits to empower 100 beneficiaries in Borno State, Nigeria, enabling them to establish sustainable vocational livelihoods.

Job Overview

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) seeks proposals from reputable suppliers for the supply and delivery of eight distinct lots of livelihood vocational start-up kits. The kits are designed to support individuals in commencing or expanding small-scale vocational enterprises within Borno State. Successful bidders will be responsible for the procurement, packaging, and timely delivery of these items to designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procure and supply high-quality livelihood vocational start-up kits as per specified quantities and technical specifications for each of the eight lots.
  • Ensure all items are new, in good working condition, and packaged appropriately for safe transportation and handling.
  • Deliver the complete kits to the agreed-upon delivery points in Borno State within the stipulated timelines.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive invoices and delivery notes for all supplied goods.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and respond to any clarification requests from TPO Nigeria.

Requirements

  • Registered company with a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) in Nigeria.
  • Demonstrated experience in the supply of goods, preferably within the humanitarian or development sector.
  • Proven ability to source and deliver similar items in the specified region.
  • Submission of a detailed company profile, including registration documents.
  • Provision of at least three (3) verifiable references for similar contracts executed in the past three years.
  • A comprehensive financial proposal outlining costs per lot, including delivery charges.
