Job Overview
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the overall financial health and strategic financial planning of Consultant Collaborative Partnership LLP. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional to manage all financial operations, provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, and ensure robust financial controls and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and ensure the financial stability of the organization.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a significant portion within the Nigerian business environment.
- Proven experience in financial strategy, planning, and management.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian financial laws, regulations, and tax structures.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
