Job Overview

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the overall financial health and strategic financial planning of Consultant Collaborative Partnership LLP. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional to manage all financial operations, provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, and ensure robust financial controls and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and ensure the financial stability of the organization.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and legal requirements in Nigeria.

• Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and risk management procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a significant portion within the Nigerian business environment.
• Proven experience in financial strategy, planning, and management.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian financial laws, regulations, and tax structures.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in the professional services or construction industry is an advantage.
