Job Overview

We are hiring dedicated individuals to support our mission of saving lives through evidence-based health interventions. Team members will work directly with pregnant women, healthcare providers, and community partners to implement and monitor our cash transfer programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and enroll eligible pregnant women into our program
• Monitor participant compliance with medical recommendations
• Process and distribute conditional cash transfers
• Conduct community outreach and health education
• Collect data and generate program reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, social sciences, or related field
• Proven experience in community health programs
• Fluency in English and local languages
• Strong organizational and communication skills
