Job Overview

The Internal Communication and Social Media Officer will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement and elevate Tusen Consulting’s digital presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication campaigns to enhance employee engagement
• Manage and update all company social media accounts with compelling, brand-aligned content
• Create engaging posts, graphics, and multimedia content for various platforms
• Monitor social media performance and analyze metrics to optimize reach and engagement
• Coordinate internal newsletters, announcements, and communication initiatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in internal communications or social media management
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent writing and creative skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
