Job Overview
The Lead, People Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing talent management strategies, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational effectiveness across assigned business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert HR guidance and support.
- Develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals and foster a positive employee experience.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits for designated teams.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and diversity and inclusion.
- Coach and develop managers to build high-performing teams and effectively manage their people.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Facilitate organizational design and change management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a People Business Partner role, with a track record of strategic impact.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented technology company is a plus.
