Job Overview

The Manager, Lifecycle Time & Attendance – APAC will oversee all aspects of time and attendance management for employees in the APAC region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient processes, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to uphold compliance and operational excellence. This is a remote-first role, offering the opportunity to contribute significantly to our expanding global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the time and attendance lifecycle for APAC employees, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize time and attendance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection and processing of time data for payroll.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor compliance with local labor laws and company policies related to working hours and leave.
  • Train and support local administrators and employees on time and attendance systems and processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage vendor relationships for time and attendance solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (X+ years) in managing time and attendance operations, preferably in a multi-country environment.
  • In-depth understanding of APAC labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping.
  • Proficiency with time and attendance software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
