Job Overview
The Transplant Agile Lead will be instrumental in guiding our transplant services through agile methodologies. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management and a deep understanding of agile principles. You will empower teams to deliver high-quality care and innovative solutions while ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coach agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Guide cross-functional teams in adopting and refining agile practices.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
- Track and report on team performance and key agile metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
- Experience in a healthcare or transplant setting is a plus.
