Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Service Technicians and third-party service partners.
- Coordinate and schedule field service activities, ensuring timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all field operations.
- Manage inventory of parts and equipment for field service activities.
- Liaise with internal departments to address technical issues and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a field service environment.
- Strong understanding of photo enforcement systems or similar technical equipment.
