Job Overview

The Senior Project Manager, Transformation Delivery will be responsible for the end-to-end management of transformative projects, from conception through to successful deployment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in delivering complex projects within scope, on time, and within budget, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and driving change management effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale transformation projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on transformation or change initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects within the ICT sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
