Job Overview

As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering and construction projects throughout Nigeria. You will manage resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications while ensuring projects meet our high-quality standards and customer satisfaction benchmarks. This role requires a proactive professional capable of leading teams in diverse locations across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project activities, deliverables, and milestones
• Monitor project progress and manage budget allocation and expenditure
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and clients
• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges
• Maintain quality assurance standards throughout project lifecycle
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years project management experience in construction/engineering
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide
