Job Overview

The ELV Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of extra low voltage systems in commercial high-rise buildings. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards across all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain ELV systems including fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical low-voltage infrastructure
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation and maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and building codes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in ELV installation and maintenance
• Valid certification in electrical systems or equivalent qualification
• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm, CCTV, and access control systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
