Job Overview

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of all mechanical systems and equipment within Proforce Industries Limited. This role requires a hands-on approach, a strong understanding of mechanical principles, and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and material handling equipment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical defects.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
