Job Overview

The Landscaper will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of landscape designs across various Alpha Mead Group properties. This remote position requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively manage projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the highest standards of horticultural care and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive landscape maintenance plans.
• Source and procure plants, materials, and equipment as needed.
• Oversee and direct on-site landscaping activities, ensuring quality and adherence to designs.
• Manage budgets for landscaping projects and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with property managers, clients, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any landscape-related issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional landscaping.
• Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, plant identification, and soil science.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in landscape design software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites as required.
