Job Overview

The Security Administration Manager will develop and implement robust security policies, manage security personnel, and coordinate protective measures across Nigerian Breweries’ brewing facilities. This role is pivotal in maintaining a safe and secure operational environment while ensuring compliance with national security regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures across all brewery locations
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of security staff
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years security management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
