Job Overview
The Global Test Developer will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust testing frameworks for our cutting-edge people screening solutions. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and quality assurance methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute various types of tests, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Automate test cases where applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Developer or in a similar QA role.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
