Job Overview

The Accounting Superintendent will oversee accounting operations and financial management functions for Ag Global Resources Services Limited. This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial reporting and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Manage accounting staff and provide technical guidance
• Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank statements
• Support data collation and financial analysis initiatives

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years accounting supervisory experience
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations
