Job Overview
The Technical Assistant will provide crucial support across various technical operations within VFD Group. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of our technological infrastructure and supporting the development and implementation of our innovative financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly.
- Support IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology deployments.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Perform routine system checks and monitor system performance.
- Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support or IT assistance role.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and common software applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.
