Job Overview
As an Associate – Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for testing, validating, and improving our energy management software products. You will work collaboratively with development and product teams to identify defects, document issues, and ensure our solutions meet the highest quality standards before reaching clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues
- Maintain detailed QA documentation and test reports
- Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in software quality assurance or testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies
