Job Overview

The 2Africa Managed Service Lead will oversee the delivery of managed services solutions across the 2Africa ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires strategic vision combined with hands-on operational expertise to manage service delivery, drive revenue growth, and establish Equinix as the preferred infrastructure partner throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 2Africa managed services portfolio and customer relationships
• Develop and execute service delivery strategies aligned with regional business objectives
• Oversee service quality, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction standards
• Drive sales growth and identify new service opportunities within the ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service implementation
• Build and mentor high-performing service delivery teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in managed services or digital infrastructure
• Proven track record of leadership in service delivery environments
• Strong knowledge of African telecommunications landscape
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
