Job Overview

As Senior Security Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining security infrastructure that safeguards Hopper’s operations. You’ll lead by example, driving security best practices across our engineering organization while staying ahead of emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust security architecture and controls
• Lead security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management
• Mentor junior security engineers and promote security awareness
• Respond to and investigate security incidents
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into development workflows

Requirements

• 7+ years in cybersecurity or security engineering roles
• Deep expertise in cloud security, infrastructure hardening, or application security
• Strong programming and scripting abilities
• Proven incident response experience
