Job Overview
The Field Operation Agent will serve as UTN’s on-ground representative, managing daily operational activities at client locations. You’ll be responsible for coordinating security implementations, monitoring system performance, and ensuring clients receive outstanding support while maintaining compliance with our operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute field operations and security installations across assigned territories
- Monitor and maintain security infrastructure systems at client sites
- Conduct regular compliance audits and documentation reviews
- Liaise between clients and headquarters to resolve operational issues
- Train client personnel on system usage and security protocols
- Prepare detailed field reports and maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of experience in field operations or security services
